“I see my work as a collaborative process between my client and I by which we identify areas of imbalance in the client's life, and then identify ways to restore it. My sessions always begin with a thorough intake and each session takes on its own unique flow while addressing your specific concerns for comprehensive care. My work is always done with clothed clients, and without the use of oils. I welcome clients of all ages, genders, and body types. Through my work I hope to help clients experience lives of balance and wellness.”

“I believe that achieving wellness begins with an integrated balance within the body, connecting the physical and the emotional. My goal is for you to experience the great benefits of a customized massage treatment plan to help achieve whole body well being, reducing pain and stress”.
To meet your expectations, your personalized massage will include different techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and reiki, along with aromatherapy if desired.
Swedish and deep tissue massage are the most common modalities. They are used for relaxation and muscle tension release. Deep tissue is a variant of Swedish where more pressure is applied to the deepest layers of tissue.
Trigger point therapy involves applying pressure at specific sensitive areas of the muscles in order to reduce pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. It is also known as myofascial trigger point therapy.
Reiki is a Japanese healing modality for stress reduction, where the therapist can channel energy to the patient, thereby activating the natural healing processes of the body, restoring physical and emotional well-being.
Aromatherapy can be added to the treatment of your choice. It involves the use of natural plant extracts to promote health and balance. Sometimes it's called essential oil therapy.
